Goby reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our website at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in euro.
Please note that colours of products will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of the computer screens they are being viewed on.
We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry clean only, including embellished pieces, fur and delicate fabrics we recommend the use of a fur specialty dry cleaner.
Once an order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with Goby, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless an order is cancelled by you – the buyer -order acceptance does not occur until Goby has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded.
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.
Payment can be made using paypal, visa and mastercard. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.
By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises.

Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. In the best interest and safety of your order – please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm monday to friday.
Russian customers must use correct and complete addresses, including a company name and contact at the company where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day. Therefore unless you place your order before 12pm, it will not be actioned until the following day.
Please allow at least 1-2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are monday to friday, excluding nsw public holidays.
Please note when completing your order form to include a valid street number, suburb, post code and phone number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Goby will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
International shipping is available to everywhere.
All orders are in euro (eur).
International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
We use dhl for our international deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Our courier will attempt delivery to the same address on 3 consecutive business days.
On international deliveries we can’t deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer c.o.d on any orders.
You may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
To comply with turkish export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
Returns & Exchanges
At Goby, we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund to exchange or return subject to the points below, although please note there are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, unless the items are flawed or damaged.

2. All items must be returned within 7 days of the original order being received.
3. Items must be returned unworn, and with original tags intact.
4. You must include the original receipt with your return.
5. Refunds will exclude any postage costs.
6. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.
7. Discounted sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Caring for your Fur
If your fur gets wet
Most furs handle snow and light rain with ease. Shake it out and hang it to dry in a well- ventilated room, at home or office. Resist the temptation to speed the drying process by using a hair dryer or hanging it near a heat source as fur does not like heat. After it dries, shake it again. Do not comb or brush it. If its hairs are a little bristly, simply smooth them with your hand. If your fur has been soaked through, however, take it immediately to be cleaned by a professional.
Furs do not like crushing or friction
Crushing is often experienced whilst driving or in a car. Use common sense when sliding into the seat, so you’re not too hard on your fur. To avoid a flattened bottom print on your fur, don’t sit on it if possible, or at least not on the same spot consistently. Shake out any spots like that on your fur when you exit your vehicle. On long drives, take off your fur and wear it over you like a blanket, if you need to keep warm.
Housing your fur
Be sure you put your fur in a coat closet that is not exposed to light, which will fade your fur, or heat, which will dry out your fur. Be sure your fur has room to breathe and isn’t being crushed by other garments
Do not keep your fur in a bag
Your fur prefers air circulation to prevent it’s leather side from drying out. If you absolutely must keep it in a bag for a short period of time, be sure it is in a loosely woven cloth bag– definitely not plastic, for plastic does not allow the fur to breathe at all.
Avoid all Chemicals
Perfume and hairspray contain alcohol, which can dry the pelts. Once a perfume gets into your fur it could be there to stay. These sprays (including alcohol, solvent, and silicone based substances) will dry the leather and stiffen the guard hairs
You do not clean your fur just because it gets dirty. The number one concern with fur material is that the natural oils in the pelts will dry out. Once this happens the pelts become so brittle or tender that they will tear with incredible ease, rendering the garment useless. If you feel a fur and then rub your fingers you should be able to feel a very slight oiliness. This is normal. Dust, pollutants, and airborne particulates are attracted to this and get caught in the hairs of the fur. They then act as a sponge drawing the natural oils out of the pelts. These particles also have an abrasive effect on the hairs of the fur that can wear on the natural shine of the fur over time, causing it to look old and tired. When you clean a fur your primary goal is to remove these materials from the hairs.
Furs cannot be dry-cleaned and never should be put in a washing machine or dryer. Goby furs can only be dry-cleaned by a professional fur specialist.
Fur hates the heat but loves the cold . Nothing shortens the life of your fur like keeping it in your closet during a long, hot summer. If at all possible, we suggest you store your fur garments in cold storage when you have finished wearing it for the season, this is one of the most important steps you can take in preserving your furs.
The Importance of Humidity Control
Humidity level is important when a fur will be hanging in one place for a significant amount of time. If the humidity is too low (dry air) the natural oils in the pelts will evaporate more rapidly causing the garment to become dry and deteriorate. If the humidity is too high (damp air) then pelts could potentially rot.

The fur used by Goby is specifically farmed for the use of garments by chinese government certified organisations. These organisations are strictly monitored to ensure legitimate and appropriate conditions and methods are adhered to, specifically the welfare and treatment of animals.
We only rely on factories and farms that have the appropriate certifications. All Goby products originate from china and are dyed. Goby orders have not been obtained from wild animals or endangered species, but as a by-product.
